I have been a customer for 10 years.. My trust in the service and in the Personnel has increased thru the years. I do not require a pre-written estimate, simply because as part of their 5 Star Service, they always call me and inform me of the work needed to be perform and they offer a true quote of such. They provide warranties that no other independent mechanic shop offers, giving me as the vehicle owner Peace of Mind. The staff from the Customer Service Dept. to the Owner has treated me thru the years as Family. Their Honesty as well as their Professionalism is very hard to find nowadays. I took my car (Mr. Lee) there for the first time for a 24 pt. check not ever even have heard of the shop before. The entire experience warrants an A+. In no particular order of importance: the facilities are clean; snacks, coffee and other beverages, decent magazines are offered; the wait is/was comfortable; the job was thorough and well explained; the service in the office and in the work area was friendly, pleasant, respectful and helpful. I returned 2 days later to fulfill one of the suggested repairs - the price was better than at a large chain. They are very professional and customer friendly even with offers for referrals and return work. I was totally satisfied - surprisingly so and feel I've found my new car repair shop. I would (and will) return any time and highly recommend Miami Quality Auto Repair. Oh...and they have free shuttle service should a customer be in need of transportation!!!
