I've been a client now for over one year and I feel that the service my vehicle has received is better than the Lexus Dealer in North Miami... The cost of regular maintenance and repairs is much more reasonable and Miami Quality Auto offers a much better warranty on repairs. I am glad to be their client, they have earned my trust..

Amazing work

Miami Quality Auto continues to offer amazing service (both auto and customer). They've worked on both our cars for the last 4 years and we'll continue to take our cars there. They're clear and communicative. They don't push for expensive repairs and recently even garaged our car an extra night so we could have time to make a decision about whether to okay a particularly large repair. In addition, they have wonderful front office staff (thanks Marcella and Ingrid!) that is helpful and super friendly. I've also made use many times of their FREE shuttle ride. They also offer and abundance of complimentary coffee/snacks/kid juice boxes etc. in their office. I don't write reviews often and this place deserves every star!

I am very impressed with Miami Quality Auto Repair. I found them online and they had great reviews. Then decided to give them a try and was very impressed. they quoted me a higher price than I wanted for my repair and called me back and told me how it ended up costing me less because the repair was not going to take as much labor as they originally thought. In this day and age, that is incredible! Great honesty and quality work. The staff is great too. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place and will continue to go there from now on. I have already recommended them to my work peers.

I'm very pleased with the service on my vehicle. I'm also very happy with the helpful and attentive staff. Definitely will be returning for future repairs and referring all my friends and family. This is my third visit and I have absolutely no complaints.

Service was on time as scheduled and explanations and information were very clear and to the point. The car service to my home and later pick-up to get back my car was very good and convenient for me.

Flawless service. Dropped my car off to have a tire patched and repaired. Car was ready before end of the day as promised, and pickup took less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend!
