I discovered this facility through a flyer in the mail, they were quick to honor the coupon on the flyer after giving me an estimate. I took a family member’s car in due to an engine misfire. I found them to be a very professional establishment with a small hometown feel. Carlos, their service advisor was very personable and knowledgeable, he showed a sincere interest in my concerns and in answering all my questions. I must admit, I felt like I feel when I take my Mercedes to the dealer, coddled; they offer coffee, soda, snacks and most importantly a customer shuttle (within 5 mile radius).Their ad even mentions a free loaner vehicle with repairs, although I didn’t require it. Kudos to Carlos and Andres, the owner, who I managed to meet.
