Repairs were great. People were friendly, reasonable and professional. I give them 5 starts for that. My beef is the loaner car; an old very small Nissan with 70,000 miles and being charged $125 when Warren Henry Jaguar gives me a late model Volvo free of charge. Also the car was delivered dirty with a stained hood apparently when someone tried to wipe out some oil. The service is comparable to Warren Henry 5 Stars.The Loaner is a 1 star at best. At least it got me back. Overcharged.the delivery of the car is a 2 star. People needs to understand that when you pick up your car, the delivery is a reflection of the work you do.
