The front office is ways so cheery. The maintanence crew always shows me what is going on with my car and make recommendations on how to best fix them. Everyone is so friendly, which is a personal quality I miss back home in Arkansas.

hands down, this shop stands out from the rest. i was treated like a v.i.p. guest. very honet, polite and professional staff. the prices are competetive. jay, the front desk clerk was the best. he even shuttled me to work and picked me up when my car was finished with repairs. thanks again, guys! keep up the GREAT work!

Be prepared for friendly, professional service, although a premium oil change (BMW, etc.) will cost about as much as anywhere else, even with the Groupon. But the inspection is worth the peace of mind knowing what is wrong that needs fixing...

The experience I had at Quality auto was superb, they took care of me from the moment I walked in the door till the walked me to my car upon completion. While I waited for the service to be completed, they have an overwhelming coffee bar along with muffins and cereal bars that I was able to help myself to. After the service, one of their service professionals came and went over my complete car! =) I was only there for an oil change. GREAT SERVICE AND FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY!! They have my recommendation!

My clutch failed a block before the freeway entrance I was heading for, about to make a 4 hour drive to my home in Sarasota. AAA recommended you, and you were less than a mile from breakdown spot. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and fast. Repair was done by 5 p.m.. I couldn't be happier.
