Great Service and Expertise! I have had such a hard time finding helpful auto repair people in Miami. These guys helped restore my faith that knowledgeble, hard-working, conscientious, and honest auto repair people do exist in this town. I had a tricky and mysterious leak in the hood of my car that no one seemed to be able to fix. I took it to Quality Auto Repair as a last ditch attempt to fix it (otherwise, I was going to sell it). They were able to use techniques that others were unable or unwilling to do to figure out the problem and were upfront about costs and always checked with me before performing services that cost money. They also did a good job of explaining why they did certain things. Once they were sure they had fixed the problem I took it home and the fix held up for a few rain storms and then started leaking again. I took it back and they worked on it for several days, found the REAL source and fixed it for free. It has rained pretty hard a few times since and so far so good... I forgot to mention that they also gave me a ride to the local metrorail station when I wasn't able to get a cheap rental car. Great experience, really good guys, highly recommended.

I'll admit I'm not the best at maintaining my car, but I feel confident in saying I've found the best to fix all the problems I create because of it. Not only did my car come totally repaired, I feel like I understand what had to be done in order to fix it. Andres called me to let me know what was going on at every step of the process. Plus, and this is extremely rare when talking about auto repair shops, the cost was actually LESS than the extremely reasonable price I was quoted. I couldn't be happier with Quality Auto Repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
