Friendly, courteous service done right. They even vacuumed the carpet after servicing it. They inspect the car at every visit and report their findings of other issues categorized by urgency via email in an easy to understand format. I can make informed decisions about addressing the things I didn't even know about. The only negative - The service itself may take longer that it does at other shops but you can be assured it's done right. I highly recommend MQAR and have been a client for over 3 years.-Felipe

I was extremely impressed by their courteous customer service. When I called, I was immediately accommodated for an appointment to view my car, at no charge. This auto repair makes you feel appreciated and do all possible to help you. In the waiting room, they have complimentary snacks and sodas. The place is impeccably clean and friendly. your work is always top notch your charges for oil change are equal to other shops, but other charges are way over others . When other work is done replacing a cabin air filter should only cost the price of the filter the job takes only a few minutes.
