I was very pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. Jay at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. The owner Fernando and the shop manager Andres are both very friendly and most important, honest. They will not try to sell you something you don't really need or charge for parts that were not actually replaced or labor that wasn't actually done (it has happened to me at other places more than once). Their mechanics are top notch, certified mechanics. Unlike the dealer and some other shops, they had my car ready sooner than expected. They're not cheap, but their prices are certainly lower than the dealer, and I'd say comparable to or even lower than Firestone, Good Year, Tires Plus, AAMCO, etc. If you are looking for cheap, go to one of those shady shops we all know and good luck. Last but not least, they have a very convenient free loaner service and a value packed loyal customer program.
