These guys conduct a classy operation. Can't recommend them highly enough. They really care about their customers.

Took me to the mall while working on my car, then picked me up when I was ready. Called me periodically with updates and questions. Even wiped down the front window and vacuumed the floors.

My service was, as always, spectacular!! Miami's Quality Auto is the only game in town. Their superior service, customer satisfaction and professionalism are number one in Miami. As a native Bostonian, walking into a dealership where "everybody knows your name" is the best! The icing on this cake is Jay! He's absolutely fabulous!!!So, even though my car is under warranty with Braman, I still go to Miami's Quality Auto. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent customer service!!

They were VERY friendly and professional. I got 3 belts changed and an oil change. They email you a thorough diagnosis of the car with lots of helpful details about what's functioning well and what is not as well as how urgent the need is for it to be fixed. I really appreciated all of that. I did feel that getting the 3 belts replaced was overpriced though. I know that belts do not cost that much money and that it is not very hard to replace them which means labor was really expensive. It was good quality work for sure, but I would have been happier if the price matched the effort to fix the problem. I'll still go back and recommend it, but will have to caution on price.
