The staff is always friendly and courteous. They are never pushy about work that needs to be done and instead inform you of the issues found and advice on which ones should be a priority. I like that I can drop my car off and they drive me back to my office so I can continue working. Pricing is a little high compared to others but the quality of service and attention to the customer is worth it.

this is my second visit to their shop and I absolutely love them. They are very helpful very fair and I feel very comfortable with their feedback on my carand I trust the numbers that they give me. I've been to many shop said try to rip me off or quote me too high Miami's quality auto repair is absolutely the best highly recommend. with your invoice they include a car report that lets you know what systems are working well what systems are working fair and what needs improvement I think that is the best idea because it helps me stay on top of maintenanceand cut down on the amount of surprise repairs I have to do

I am giving them an excellent rating in spite of the fact that my problem was not solved as it was under the category of body shop work which they do not do. I felt that the diagnostic fee was fair and it saved me the anguish of taking my car to people I do not trust.

I still maintain that Miami Quality Auto, is one of the best (if not the best), customer service (general car repair) shops in town. From the friendly reception with snacks and drinks, to the breakdown of service and pricing. This business has the right idea about how to treat a customer. I expect to see them around for a long time.
