I am very satisfied with my experience at QAR! Outstanding customer service; they keep you updated throughout the day on the progress made on your cars, and even have rental cars to loan you if you need to go to work (like it was for me). Jay and Andres were delightful, and i felt very comfortable and welcomed from the start. I highly recommend QAR, and will definitely go back there.

I contacted these folks from out of town based on the reviews I saw in Google. They did not disappoint. They did what they said they would do and they did it quickly and the rate charged was more than fair. Hard to find honest mechanics in any market... but these guys really impressed me.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A BETTER PLACE! iT 'S NOT EASY BEING A GIRL AND GOING TO GET YOUR CAR CHECKED. I HAD ALWAYS WONDERED IF THESE PLACES WERE DESIGNED STRICTLY FOR MEN. AT MIAMI'S QUALITY AUTO REPAIR THEY MAKE EVERRYTHING SO EASY AND COMFORTABLE. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EVERYONE IS SO PATIENT AND FRIENDLY! OH...AND BTW...JAY IS AWESOME. This was my first time working with Miami's Quality Auto Repair, but definitely not my last. The staff was very polite and professional. The technician gave me a clear timeline, and when I picked up my car it drove like new again!!
