Outstanding. Called andres over the weekend with the problem and he helped me resolve everything on Monday. Thought the car would be out of commission for a few days but they got it back to me on the same day.

As usual, Fernando and his staff took good care of me and my car's maintenance. As I waited for the service to be finished, I had the opportunity to do some work on my laptop, with the help of the great cool temperature the A/C was given -in such a hot weather outside!- and also enjoying free refresments and cookies. Again, the whole staff was very kind, but Jay goes that extra mile to make you feel real good, always with that big smile on his face. Thank you, George
