QAR is the best car repair experience you could ever have. They are truly happy and proud to provide you great service and it shows. My alternator and battery died and AAA recommended QAR. The car trouble was the last straw on an already terrible day, and amazingly, the auto repair shop was the place that made my day better. The receptionist, Jay, was very kind to me and made me feel comfortable. Andres oversaw my car repair and took the time to explain what was wrong. They'll even give you a ride home afterwards. They fixed it in barely more than 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. Two weeks later, one of my windows detached from whatever holds it up and fell down inside my door panel. (My car's getting old.) I immediately called QAR, was able to bring it in right away, and again had my car back and fixed in 24 hours. Again, they explained everything to me clearly and nicely so I knew exactly what happened and what I paid for. To sum it up, they're the best. And to top it off their referral program is amazing. Even my dad is so glad that I've found competent, honest people to take care of my car while I'm in Miami for school. Go to QAR!!

I've lived in miami all my life and finding a reliable & affordable mechanic has always been a challenge. Sure there's always a friend of friend who can do the basics for cheap but there's no guarantee on what they're doing is best. These experts not only know what they're doing, they'll let you know exactly what your car needs. Andre was straight forward and was able to tell me what I needed done ASAP & what could wait because of my budget restrictions. I have an '96 model that definitely needs some care & now that I found this place I can get back to tip top shape as my budget will allow! Like the other reviews service was unbelievable & I even received a follow up call from Jay whom is so warm & makes you feel like a valued client no matter how small the service. No doubt I'm recommending these guys to everyone I know!

This was my first visit to the shop and was very pleased with the results. I felt like they wanted to provide first class service and go the extra mile if need be. All of their recommendations felt honest and never felt I was getting taken advantage of (very rare in auto world). Would use them again. Only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 was because it took awhile to get my car back, but they had said that they were very busy that day. Hopefully next time a bit quicker.
