But when this is followed by the excellent service, the warm smile of Jay, a fresh brewed coffee and muffin while you explain the issue to Fernando or Andrs at the office...little by little, you recover your own smile. The Problem was fixed, and the car is blowing cold air. The best part is that you did not try to sell me on replacing the compressor when it was not needed. Honesty goes a long way in building a reputation.

I CALLED BECAUSE I HAD A SQUEALING SOMEWHERE IN MY ENGINE. I TRIED EVERYTHING I KNEW TO FIX THE SITUATION AND WHEN I GAVE UP I BROUGHT IT INTO THEM, IT WAS ABOUT 1:00 IN THE AFTERNOON. THEY HAD THE PROBLEM FIGURED OUT IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES W/O AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD REFRESHMENTS WHILE YOU WAIT. THE CAR WAS COMPLETELY FIXED WITH IN 24 HOURS. I FELT EVERYONE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
