OK. The car has an issue...that is enough to lose your good mood. But when this is followed by the excellent service, the warm smile of Jay, a fresh brewed coffee and muffin while you explain the issue to Fernando or Andrs at the office...little by little, you recover your own smile. You're the best!! Keep on with the great service. I'm enthusiastically recommending your business to all my friends.

The Problem was fixed, and the car is blowing cold air. The best part is that you did not try to sell me on replacing the compressor when it was not needed. Honesty goes a long way in building a reputation.
