Service A+ Helpfulness A+ At...! Service A+! Helpfulness A+! Atmosphere A+! Staff A+! Deals and Expenses A+++! Three words "Excellent Excellent, Excellent!!!!!” After stumbling upon this establishment on Google and reading all the wonderful reviews. I Had first decided to bring my Nissan Altima to “Maroone Nissan of Miami” right off of Tamiami Trail. The staff was extremely nice and even offered me a free estimate but as expected with all dealerships they tried to hustle me, by telling me it would be $1000 for the repairs. Logically, I went to seek a different auto shop with a great reputation. I took my car to “Quality Auto Repair” after discovering it on Google. I wasn't expecting much but instead was gratefully surprised with an “Automobile Miracle”. Not only was the staff helpful and nice but the atmosphere was warming, with its complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks. As if things couldn’t get better the mechanic told me that the repair would only cost $75 which was then lowered to $25 thanks to their discount for new customers. The job took only 20 minutes and two weeks after the repair the manager called to find out if my car was still working properly and to thank me for my business. On top of my $975 difference they also offered me and a friend a free oil, lube, and filter service, tire rotation, brake inspection and charging system test for every person I refer. Its been three weeks and my car is running like it just came off the lot.
