Andres and Marcela are fantastic. Kept in touch with me so that I was aware of what was happening with my car. Love the diagnostics that I get via email. I purchased the Car Care Club Card, so I guess that I am a customer for life!

The car had sat unused for a year, so it had many problems. They kept me informed of the problems and progress as we went. Some problems were put off until later, to be sure the car could be fixed. I was given detailed recommendations of 'urgent' and 'needed soon' fixes along with the price for each procedure.

I've been dealing with various auto repair facilities across the country for over 33 yrs, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience by far. Even though my vehicle wasn't ready when initially promised, they'd already provided a free loaner car so there was no inconvenience. Outstanding customer service from free snacks and drinks in the waiting room to email/text repair updates with pictures and detailed explanations, and even free carwash. Top notch all the way around!

Great experience overall. Staff is friendly, professional, and hospitable. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured. Andres took the time to contact us, giving us updates of the car and broke down our options clearly. We will definitely go back and recommend them. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road.

I don't know in Miami a better service than this one,extremely fast,with good quality,nicer people you wouldn't find, with a superlative follow up of their work.I recommend Miami Quality Auto Repair to everybody.Ahhh and is not expensive.Good job guys!
