We had four tires installed at MQAR using Amazon's installation service. The tires were delivered directly to the shop and they promptly notified us upon their arrival. The work was performed in a quality manner and within the timeframe they promised. They even found and solved a small electrical problem with the dome light inside the car, free of charge. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided us with excellent customer service. This is a great little shop. Highly recommended!

They did the oil and filter change in a timely manner, even though I called them last minute. I did not have to wait there because they provide a shuttle if you need it. They did a general inspection as part of the services and gave a report for future reference. I would go there again for the services.

Awesome place! Super friendly staff, they call, email, and text you to explain everything that's wrong with the car including pictures, they have snacks and drinks, and they offer shuttle service. They even clean your car! No complaints at all, would 100% recommend, and will be back.

Courtesy, service and price always above standard. Appointment given with very short notice. Courtesy calls before and after the service given. Good web tool for check and explanations of the works to be done and suggested.Only one remark (for the first time): I didn't have the courtesy lift because of an emergency of the driver, and I (and guess the provider) were not aware of this until I was leaving the car to Quality Auto Repair premises.

I've been coming here regularly for a few years now, ever since I moved to Miami. They're by far the best and most trustworthy mechanics I've ever experienced. They're always friendly, always very honest, and always treat you like a friend. They have a newsletter that goes out with specials each month. Their prices are very good and they're very accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Miami's Quality Auto Care.

Such Great Service! From the coffee in the waiting room to the vacuum at the end and the 20+ point inspection they deliver by text app. This takes quality auto care to a new level. Already referred my sister and she sent her boyfriend. So happy to have found this great auto shop.
