I am a long-time Quality Auto Repair customer. These guys are so kind, clear and conscientious that I keep returning again and again! I I really trust them! And the coffee and snacks in the waiting room are great :-).

Great service and great staff, I was constantly in contact with the service manager with regards to my vehicle's repairs. Furthermore, every time something came up, there was photo evidence of the problem.

Customer service was excellent and the mechanics were very informative and professional. The office was very welcoming with snacks and free drinks. Also, I never got the diagnostic results of my car emailed to me so that was great. I already knew some of the issues with my car so when the results came back I wasn't too surprised and I knew they weren't trying to just add services that didn't need to be done. I would highly recommend this place.

Updates (4/4/17): went back for oil change. I love how they did a full inspection of my vehicle and send me a detailed report via email with pictures. The report explains each parts and categories the recommended services into urgent service, service soon, and ok. Very clear.-------------------------------(1/19/17)Best Customer Service. Used to go to my dealership in Doral for my oil change; however, they barely communicated with me on my vehicle's condition. At Miami's Quality Auto Repair, the manager Andres sent me a full-length inspection report including pictures, and actually took time to walk me through. Indeed helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends!

FIVE STARS!!!Because of the nature of the problem--which was resolved!--I was not charged. Service is courteous; everything is explained; the business is efficient and well-run. I have been searching for an auto services company; I will be coming to Miami's Quality Auto Repair from now on.
