After arriving, they immediately offered me complementary shuttle service to my home, even though I live more than 10 miles away. 3 hours later, I received a text message with pictures showing me exactly what the technicians discovered, some of which I didn't even know about. The best part about it was that there was no pressure for me to complete additional repairs; I was able to go in to get an oil change and pick up my car without having the fear that something will go wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and you can be sure that you won't be overcharged for something that you don't need. There is a free shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need to go while your car is being serviced, which was very convenient! Great customer service too!
