The work was done while I waited, and the timeframe was very good. I like the thoroughness of their approach to maintenance.

These guys are awesome. They are honesty and truly care for their customers. I had a pleasant experience with them last time. Their only gaffe was forgetting to install brand new wiper blades before giving me back my keys. It was a mistake that they apologized for and took care of in a quickly and efficient manner.

This is the best auto repair ... The staff is wonderful ... They drive you home while your car is being repaired and pick you up when it's ready ... and if you prefer they even lend you a car while your car is being worked on ... I love that they take pictures of everything that your car needs fixed ... they show you their work ... before and after ... they have the best service .... Jay and Andres are exceptional

Jay and Andre have provided excellent customer service during every one of my 4 or five visits to their shop in the last couple years. I am refreshed to find that they and the mechanics are forthright and clear about whatever issues are being discussed about my car. I never feel like someone is trying to "pull one over on me" or sell me something I don't need.
