i am a student living in Miami. i am from South Carolina and have had a hard time adjusting. People are not always polite here, i get robbed (metaphorically) at every mechanic i have tried, and because i can't speak Spanish, it s harder for me. The staff at Quality Auto was amazing! They explained things in layman's terms and didn't charge me for a diagnostic on my car. They also gave me options to try before spending money to check for more problems. i am blown away by the customer service and politeness i received here...best in Miami so far.

Miami's Quality Auto Repair is a tonic to cure and and all bad experience you may have had with other auto repair and maintenance shops. This is a highly professional crew, from the front desk to the knowledgeable service desk who take care to explain honestly the work to be done and prioritize it for you, if needed. The mechanics are super - experienced and competent. They keep you informed regularly on the progress of work on your car.

great service. They called me about 4 times during the entire repair to keep me abreast of what was going on. Even sent me a picture of the air filter so I could see why they were recommending it be changed.

A bit expensive, but the repair was finally done with extreme accuracy. No mechanic fixed my previous issues at all. Their customer service was extremely great, and i always appreciate great customer service!

The mechanics and staff are very diligent and pleasant to work with. Very friendly and the work is top notch. Another bonus is the offering of snacks in the waiting room :-) Highly recommended!
