these people are great; they state what the issues with you car are, they give you clear choices -- near and long term -- and you never feel pressured to do any unnecessary repairs. i've been a customer for over ten years and i'm not going anywhere.
Brought my focus in here because my typical mechanic could not work on the transmission. Unfortunately Miami's Quality Auto Repair was also unable to work on the transmission but was kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee and was super helpful and friendly getting the car towed in and out of their shop. Will be back if future repairs are needed!

Wife's Camry in for an oil change....it was quick, price was very reasonable....They dropped me off at work and picked me up when they were done. Got done 5 hours before it was due to be done. Always happy with this repair shop....My car is in for service today.
I have always considered that the quality of service I receive at your shop has been of a 5 star rating. From the reception to the access to the owners to the job been performed by your technicians... Everything is top notch 5 star quality.
These guys were great. I am not very familiar with cars and they were very clear and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. I appreciated the honesty and advice. It's nice to find places in miami that speak english and communicate on a high level without feeling like your getting ripped off. Also great that they provided shuttle and a loaner when they had to keep my car over the weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
