Our car did not start, despite trying to jump-start it on a Sunday, and we had it towed to Miami's Quality Auto Repair. I put the key in the envelope provided with my contact info and short description of the problem, and pushed it in the door slot. First thing Monday am, I received a call from Marcela, who confirmed the details. Later, I was called about the specific problem (replacing the battery and cleaning the junctions), and a few hours after that, Marcela left messages (2 within the hour) to let me know that the car was fixed. It's a well-run shop, and they aim to please. Unlike dealerships, this repair shop is more personal, and it seems to want to keep clients long-term and happy. Since our car is almost out of warranty, we'll likely continue our car maintenance here after the warranty expires.
