Miami Auto Repair

I have been going to Quality Auto Repair for a dozen years for 2 cars at our house. The service is EXCELLENT! These guys are all about checking your car for what is needed and send you a report each time they service the car with what is urgent, needed soon, and perfectly OK. They are NOT pushy (like some places) nor do they try to scare you into making unnecessary repairs. Rather, they realistically let you know what is a priority and work with you and your budget to keep your car running safe and smooth. The customer service is OFF THE WALL...sweet, smiles, snacks, free shuttle (how many times is getting to the mechanic or to home/work a major juggling act) and the quality of the work is great. There are coupons and specials all the time. Quality Auto is on target....5 stars!!!!

The huge advantage to getting your car serviced at Miami Quality Auto Repair is that they provide you with a free loaner car for your use while your car is being serviced. In the event a car is unavailable they provide you with free transportation to and from your home or work. The environment is very pleasant, clean, and professional looking unlike the typical grimy repair shop. If you decide to wait, the lobby is comfortable and they provide free snacks and drinks. Regarding the repair service itself the shop will keep you informed by email as to the exact problem of your vehicle providing you with pictures of the issue in an inspection report. They also provide you by email an exact estimate of the costs. My husband and I have taken our cars to this facility for the last two years and we wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

For all the years they have been servicing my vehicle (since 1994), they have offered me excellent service. I have recommended friends, clients and family members. They are less expensive than auto Dealers, but they are not the cheapest. then again you get what you pay for. Their labor & parts warranty is Excellent.. RSM
