Was treated courteously and they are honest!! The car dealership had suggested a rear brake job for which they wanted $586!! At Miami Quality they told me the brakes were in fair condition no need to replace now. I will be joining their membership club and do my repairs with them

Miami Quality Auto offers EXCELLENT service (both auto and customer). They've worked on both our cars and always send a text/email with a link to a detailed report that shows what work needs to be done immediately and which we can hold off on which is very helpful. They've also included PHOTOS of the actual parts that have worn out on our cars. Andres has patiently explained the suggested repairs to me. And they don't push unneeded repairs, which I greatly appreciate.In addition, they have wonderful front office staff that is helpful and super friendly. I've made use many times of their FREE shuttle ride after I've dropped my car off. They also offer complimentary coffee/snacks/kid juice boxes (they even think of the kiddos!)I don't write reviews often and this place deserves every star!
