Miami's Quality is terrific. I'm always greeted by name. People are pleasant, courteous, and professional. They do a great job of building relationships with customers.

Andres is always straight up about what needs to be done now, what can be postponed and what should be done just to be on the safe side before a long trip. My Honda SUV has 112,000 miles on it, all under the care of Miami Quality Auto repair. It runs smoothly, has never broken down or left me stranded. I have no qualms about making a 1,600 mile trip from Miami to upper New York state twice a year. The techs know their stuff, the pricing is fair, and everyone on staff is helpful. I wouldn't have my car worked on anywhere else.

The people here are great and very easy to work with. I recently took my friend's car in for service and was provided a loaner car so that I could still continue my day(s) without interruption. All of the people are very nice and work to provide the best customer service possible. They do quality, honest work and I would not hesitate to bring my friend's car back again or my own.

As always, the repairs were done with care and on schedule. I cannot imagine a friendlier team, and I trust MQAR to always have my and my car's best interests in mind.
