Quality is the right word, from start to finish! This place is amazing. Great service with complimentary sodas/water/juice. They recommended a great cafeteria that had a wonderful breakfast menu, while I was waiting. I will be bringing my car back for service next time I need anything done.

Dropped off my car before work. Received an amazing update via email and text. First time I rave about a place that doesn't sell clothes! Haha. Honestly if you're looking for great customer and car service, this is the place. The waiting room is filled with snacks and refreshments and the staff is very kind. They sent photos of my car with the final report of things that needed my attention. They also have a shuttle in case you don't have someone to drive you there and back, which is so convenient. I left the place feeling like I was driving a brand new car out of the dealership because they even cleaned my interior.

We had four tires installed at MQAR using Amazon's installation service. The tires were delivered directly to the shop and they promptly notified us upon their arrival. The work was performed in a quality manner and within the timeframe they promised. They even found and solved a small electrical problem with the dome light inside the car, free of charge. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided us with excellent customer service. This is a great little shop. Highly recommended!

They did the oil and filter change in a timely manner, even though I called them last minute. I did not have to wait there because they provide a shuttle if you need it. They did a general inspection as part of the services and gave a report for future reference. I would go there again for the services.

Awesome place! Super friendly staff, they call, email, and text you to explain everything that's wrong with the car including pictures, they have snacks and drinks, and they offer shuttle service. They even clean your car! No complaints at all, would 100% recommend, and will be back.
